Your Role
Akkodis is seeking an Inspector, Quality Control for a Contract with a client in San Ramon, CA. The ideal candidate with experience performing inspection, testing, and documentation review activities to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Note: Shift: 1:30 pm to 10 pm
Rate Range: $26/hour to $28/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Inspector, Quality Control Job Responsibilities include:
Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Review production, quality, and inspection documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established procedures.
Record inspection results, test data, and non-conformance findings while maintaining accurate quality records and reports.
Operate test and measurement equipment, gauges, and inspection tools in accordance with documented procedures and quality requirements.
Support First Article Inspections, GR&R studies, special testing requests, and data collection activities to enhance product quality.
Collaborate with quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams to identify issues, support corrective actions, and ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in quality inspection, quality control, or a manufacturing environment.
Experience reviewing quality documentation, inspection records, and non-conformance reports while maintaining accurate and compliant records.
Ability to perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using inspection equipment, while interpreting engineering drawings and following quality procedures.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
