Your Role
As an Install Helper, you’ll work alongside our experienced installation team to deliver high-quality acrylic bath systems. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with bathroom remodeling and installation projects
- Support carpentry, trim work, and general construction tasks
- Follow company installation standards to ensure top-quality work
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Load, unload, and manage tools and materials
- Assist with basic documentation and job site photos
Qualifications
- No experience required (construction or labor experience is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership position
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools (training provided)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
