Erosion Control LaborerEnvironmental Protection Services (EPS)Location: Northern NevadaPay: $23.00–$25.00 per hourAbout UsEnvironmental Protection Services (EPS) is a leader in erosion control, stormwater management, and street-sweeping services.We support construction projects across Northern Nevada by keeping sites compliant, safe, and environmentally responsible.Position OverviewWe are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Erosion Control Laborers.This is a hands-on, field-based role supporting construction sites through the installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion-control measures.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain erosion-control Best Management Practices, including silt fences, wattles, inlet protection, and track-out control.Perform general site cleanup and labor duties.Load and unload materials and equipment.Work alongside crew members and supervisors to complete daily tasks.Follow all safety procedures and company standards.Help ensure job sites remain compliant with environmental regulations.RequirementsA valid driver's license and clean driving history are required.OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 construction certification is required.Candidates must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Candidates must be able to lift more than 50 pounds and perform physical labor.Reliable transportation to job sites is required.Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required.Compensation and BenefitsHourly compensation ranges from $23.00 to $25.00, based on experience.Employees may be eligible for a performance-based hiring bonus after 60 days of employment.EPS offers seven paid holidays.EPS provides 40 hours of paid time off annually.Health, dental, and vision insurance are available to eligible employees.EPS provides on-the-job training.Tools are provided.EPS offers a referral program.Employees have opportunities for career growth and advancement.Why Work at EPS?EPS provides consistent, year-round work.Employees have opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding company.You will work in a team-focused environment with strong leadership.Your work will directly support environmental protection and regulatory compliance.Work LocationThis is an in-person position.
