We’re looking for an experienced professional to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration systems for both residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for a seasoned plumber with strong leadership skills looking to contribute to a growing company.

Responsibilities:<\/b>

Lead and manage the installation team, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard.
<\/li>

<\/div>
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration systems in both residential and commercial settings.
<\/li>

<\/div>
Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues related to water filtration.
<\/li>

<\/div>
Ensure that the crew is doing the 1 -2 installations completed daily, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
<\/li>

<\/div>
Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance.
<\/li>

<\/div>
Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
<\/li>

<\/div>
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client questions or concerns.

Enforce all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements<\/h3>
What We’re Looking For:<\/b>
<\/p>
Minimum of 10 years of plumbing experience<\/b>.
<\/li>
At least 5 years of management experience<\/b>, leading a team of installers or technicians.
<\/li>
Ability to oversee and complete multiple installs per day.
<\/li>
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
<\/li>
Strong problem -solving abilities and attention to detail.
<\/li>
Reliable truck or van for transportation to job sites.
<\/li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
<\/li>
Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members.
<\/li><\/ul>
