Install Plumber

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Champion AC of Austin is seeking a skilled and licensed Install Plumber to join our team. This role focuses on executing plumbing installations for work sold by another licensed plumber. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, be detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. Plumbers are paid weekly and have uncapped commission opportunities.

What you will do:

• Install plumbing systems and fixtures according to specifications and building codes.
• Interpret job orders to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure accurate execution of sold work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed.
• Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

What YOU will bring:

• Valid Texas plumbing license: Tradesman Plumber License or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing installation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
