The RoleCSI is looking for an Install Quality and Safety Specialist to support sanitary process piping projects at customer facilities and within our shop operations. If you are passionate about quality workmanship, safety leadership, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment, this is an opportunity to join a growing and customer-focused team.Pay$75,000 - $90,000 annuallyThe Quality and Safety Specialist is responsible for ensuring & enforcing the quality and compliance of sanitary process piping installations at job sites. This role involves inspecting field work, verifying adherence to project specifications, industry standards (e.g., ASME BPE, 3-A), and CSI protocols. In addition to quality control duties, the Specialist will support the Supervisor-Resource Management with equipment maintenance, new hire training, safety enforcement, and other assigned tasks to ensure smooth and safe project execution. This role requires leadership and coaching skills as well as a high degree of flexibility regarding travel.
