We're looking for a motivated, organized, and driven individual who wants to be part of a high-performing team. This role is critical to the success of our operation and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and keeping moving parts organized.
No window and door industry experience is required. We provide training and support. What matters most is attitude, accountability, attention to detail, and a desire to grow.
What You'll Do
Coordinate installation and service schedules
Support 5 installation crews and 2 service technicians
Communicate with customers and field teams daily
Process job paperwork and maintain organized records
Track performance metrics, labor percentages, and production results
Help solve issues and keep projects moving forward
Order parts and assist with warranty requests
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Comfortable working with numbers and reports

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong math and analytical skills are required.
This position involves working with labor percentages, job costs, production reports, scheduling, and performance tracking. Accuracy matters.
