Commercial Construction Company / Installation Coordinator
Pay: $30/hour Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator to oversee and coordinate installation projects from start to finish. This position reports directly to the General Superintendent and Director of Operations and plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee installation projects and field operations.
- Work closely with the General Superintendent and Director of Operations to manage project schedules and priorities.
- Communicate directly with customers and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Lead and coordinate installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Assist with hands-on installation work as needed and provide field support.
- Utilize computers for scheduling, communication, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
- Construction or fabrication experience with hands-on skills required.
- Previous management or supervisory experience, including leading small teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Comfortable using computers and standard office software.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- $30.00 per hour
