Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $24 - $26+ per hour based on experience

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Mandatory:
- A humble spirit, a hungry drive, and people-smart positive attitude
- A minimum of 5-7+ years experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience effectively managing a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Capability to lift 80lbs or more and unrestricted lifting ability
- Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces
Preferred:
- Prior residential construction experience a plus
- Willingness to work overtime, if required
Pluses:
- Experience pulling a goose-neck trailer
- Experience operating forklift, skid-steer, and/or mini-excavator
- OSHA 30
