Sustainably.What You Will DoProvide highly visible customer support through on-site installation of linear accelerators and imaging systems, overseeing diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment.Verify and approve operational quality of system equipment.Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system.Act as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.Support field activities, including hardware, software, PCs, and networking installations and upgrades.Demonstrate equipment operation and specification per Customer Acceptance Procedure (CAP).Advise customers on ordering spare parts or service requests such as emergency and contractual services.Provide guidance on Customer Technical Bulletins and their importance.Maintain accurate records of installation and upgrade work in company information systems.Adhere to professionalism and safety guidelines in all activities.Manage parts inventory and ordering for assigned installations.Maintain technical documentation on product performance and development.Report through FSRs, timesheets, expense reports, and other required documentation.Escalate technical issues when necessary following prescribed procedures.What You Will HaveHigh school diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years of related experience; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Knowledge and professional experience with electronic and electro‑mechanical engineering, RF energy‑producing devices, and electronic cooling systems.Proficiency with test equipment for verification and calibration of electronic equipment.Basic networking skills to integrate the machine onto the customer server.Experience with PC‑based systems.Customer‑focused attitude.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Fluency in English (written and spoken).What Will Set You ApartExperience with RF energy‑producing devices and electronic cooling systems.Advanced knowledge of networking techniques.Basic computer usage and debugging skills.Basic understanding of imaging systems.Desire to build a career and develop robust skill sets.Travel: Ability to travel for 10 days, then have 4 days off throughout the year. Overtime and shift differential provided.Pay and BenefitsBase pay range: $52,720 – $72,490 plus differential/overtime. Starting pay may vary by geography, skills, education, and experience.
