Event Installer

Position Summary

The Event Installer is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely setup and breakdown of event equipment and décor. This position supports weddings, corporate events, conferences, festivals, private parties, and other special events by ensuring equipment is delivered, installed, maintained, and removed according to client specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload event equipment, materials, furniture, and supplies.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, staging, tents, pipe and drape, signage, décor, and other event equipment.
• Follow floor plans, diagrams, work orders, and supervisor instructions to ensure accurate installations.
• Inspect equipment before and after events and report damaged or missing items.
• Safely operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
• Maintain clean, organized event spaces during installation and breakdown.
• Protect client property and event venues from damage during setup and removal.
• Work efficiently to meet strict event setup and breakdown deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, venue personnel, and clients.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lifting and material-handling practices.
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, equipment preparation, and vehicle loading as needed.
• Adapt to last-minute changes in event layouts, schedules, or client requirements.
• Perform other event installation and operational duties as assigned.
