We're looking for an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation department, develop our team, and ensure every project meets the high standards our customers expect.

 

Position Summary

 

The Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing all installation operations, improving installation quality, coaching and developing installers, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule.

 

This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with installers, production, service, designers, builders, and customers to deliver exceptional results.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the installation team.

  • Train new and existing installers on company standards and best practices.

  • Perform job site inspections and maintain high installation quality.

  • Manage installer schedules, productivity, and daily field operations.

  • Work closely with production and service teams to ensure jobs are installation-ready.

  • Communicate professionally with customers, builders, and internal departments.

  • Resolve installation issues and oversee service work when needed.

  • Maintain accurate job information, notes, photos, and customer communication in the company's CRM.

  • Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and a culture focused on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.

  • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety standards.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, millwork, or residential construction.

  • Strong knowledge of installation methods and quality standards.

  • Experience leading and developing employees.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Comfortable using computers and CRM software.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
