Installation Team Leads

Role Overview: Responsible for leading Installation Technicians, ensuring that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and up to client standards.    

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks to Installation Technicians and oversee installation processes.
  

• Participate in installations
  

• Communicate any issues or delays to management.    
  

• Conduct pre- and post-installation quality checks.    
  
  

Requirements

• • Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, construction, or a related field.
    

  • 1+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
    

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
    

  • Experience with seasonal decor or lighting installations is a plus.    
    

  • Valid Driver’s License.   
    

  • Able to climb 20' to 40' ladder and work outdoors in various weather

• • Strong leadership and team management skills.    
    

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with lighting, decor, and basic electrical systems.    
    

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
