As an Installation Technician with BearCom, you will be involved in the installation and support of wireless and electronic communications systems.

Experience installing CAT 5/6 cable, related support devices, and terminating coaxial cable.
Experience installing communication systems in buildings, DAS (Distributed Antenna System) preferred.
Installation and/or repair experience in either two-way radio, CCTV, security alarms, RF signal distribution, broadband, and low voltage systems preferred.
Ability to use basic tools and test equipment including hand tools, power drills, multi-meters, and watt meters.
Must physically be able to lift 50 lbs., maneuver into and out of heavy equipment and work on ladders and other elevated locations including at times standing for extended periods, and occasionally working outside in extreme temperatures.
Ability to understand basic wiring diagrams and basic DC circuit theory a plus.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, keeping up with work schedules, work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines for delivering quality solutions on time.
Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
OSHA Safety Training and Low Voltage certifications are a plus.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Drug screenings and background checks are part of the hiring process, which may include a Motor Vehicle Record check.
