Position Summary
The HVAC Install Technician will be responsible for installing heating, cooling, ventilation, and related systems for residential and light commercial customers. This role requires technical skill, professionalism, and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship.



What You’ll Do
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini‑splits, and ductwork


- Perform start‑up, testing, and system commissioning


- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and installation manuals


- Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards


- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members


- Maintain a clean work environment and company vehicle


- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines



What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred)


- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills


- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying field conditions


- Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused attitude


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
