We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in performing mechanical and light electrical trouble shooting in a manufacturing environment.

We are seeking an Installation Technician to join our team. This position involves learning all aspects of tarp system installation and repair, working with a variety of truck and trailer tarp systems including flatbeds, dump trucks, and other trailer types.If you are mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, and motivated to learn, we provide hands-on training to help you grow your skills and succeed in this role.
Pay Rate: $25.00 /Pay can be higher based on welding experience
Shift/Hours: First Shift / 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Welding experience with aluminum and steel is desired
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair tarp systems and related components
- Perform mechanical and light electrical troubleshooting
- Assist with sewing and tarp repairs (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
- Assist with parts shipping and handling as needed
