What Youll Be Doing:
As Installations Manager youll be a key leader overseeing day-to-day operations and helping drive the companys continued growth.
Youll lead areas such as:
Installation operations (residential / commercial / new construction)
Service maintenance department performance
High-level estimating and project coordination
Team leadership, coaching, hiring, and accountability
Improving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
What Were Looking For:
HVAC industry experience (residential and/or commercial)
Leadership or management experience preferred
Strong operational mindset
Ability to motivate teams and lead by example
Estimating / project management experience is a plus
