Financial Institution Services (FIS) is growing, and we're looking for a Field Installer to join our team!

This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced crews to install, move, and remove heavy equipment at financial institutions and commercial customer sites throughout the Midwest.

No prior ATM experience is required—we train you.


If you like working with your hands, using tools, traveling, and learning a skilled trade, this could be a great fit. 


What You'll Do
Equipment Installation & Rigging

•  Install, relocate, and remove ATMs, vaults, safes, and other commercial equipment 
•  Move and position heavy equipment using rigging equipment and proper lifting techniques 
•  Secure, level, and anchor equipment according to job specifications 
•  Install drive-up pneumatic banking systems and related equipment 

Construction & Job Site Support

•  Install underground and above-ground pneumatic tubing systems 
•  Assist with concrete cutting, forming, and finishing 
•  Help with job site setup, cleanup, and material handling 
•  Assist with welding or minor field fabrication as needed-training provided 

Tools and Technical Work

•  Use hand and power tools to complete installations 
•  Perform basic electrical and low-voltage connections under supervision 
•  Work as part of a crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and correctly

What We're Looking For
You don't need years of experience.  We're looking for someone who is:

•  Comfortable working with hand and power tools 
•  Mechanically inclined and willing to learn 
•  Comfortable with physical, hands-on-work 
•  Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded 
•  Able to follow directions and work well as part of a team
• Interested in developing skills in rigging, equipment installation, and the skilled trades

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment
• Ability to work in active construction and job-site environments
• Ability to pass background checks required for financial institution job sites 
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as projects require 
•  Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or extended days when needed
