We are a luxury window treatment company in Louisville, KY looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented installer to join our team.
This position involves installing:
- Custom shades and hardware
- Motorized window treatments
- Exterior motorized screens and shutters
The ideal candidate is:
- Mechanically inclined and good with tools
- A strong problem-solver
- Detail-oriented and professional in clients’ homes
- Comfortable using ladders and working at heights
- Able to lift and handle heavy materials/equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Experience in window treatments is not required, but experience with carpentry, installation, motorization, or low-voltage systems is a plus.
