If you take pride in doing things the right way, enjoy delivering an outstanding customer experience, and want to build a long-term career with a company that values integrity and respect, we want to hear from you.Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Occasional weekends, overtime, and evenings may be required)Primary Job Function: Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards while providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.Required Qualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving recordMinimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (changeouts preferred)Strong knowledge of various HVAC equipment types and installation best practicesProficient in residential and light commercial installationsFamiliar with equipment start-up, basic troubleshooting, line sets, brazing, and pressure testingSolid understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagramsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and installation instructionsSkilled in running, insulating, and sealing ductworkThorough knowledge of current city and county installation codesCurrent EPA 608 CertificationOwn basic hand tools and commitment to maintaining themStrong safety awareness and strict adherence to all safety protocolsExcellent customer service skills with a proactive, professional attitudeQualifications Desired (but not required):3+ years of installation experienceNATE Certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain)Well-organized with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsEnergetic personality and positive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalentWillingness to invest time in ongoing training and professional developmentAt Jacob Heating & Air Conditioning, you'll be part of a team that truly values craftsmanship, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
