Installer

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Basic math skills.
• Residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or installation experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Install cabinets, countertops, windows, and doors in residential environments.
• Perform service and repair work for existing customers.
• Read and interpret tape measurements and basic project specifications.
• Assist with product deliveries and warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Travel to local job sites throughout the Goshen and surrounding Indiana markets.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Support project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.
