Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm, end time can vary based on project
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/HR
Duties:
- Install basement waterproofing systems and drainage solutions in residential homes.
- Install sump pumps, discharge lines, and other water-management equipment.
- Perform foundation repair work, including piering, stabilization, and structural support systems.
- Install crawl space encapsulation systems, vapor barriers, and moisture-control products.
- Assist with concrete lifting and leveling projects.
- Travel daily with a crew to customer job sites throughout the service area.
- Follow company-approved installation methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation process.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; paid training provided.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and installation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing job site conditions.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry 60-75 lbs. on a regular basis.
