INSTALLER (No Experience Needed)
Lakewood, WA | Full-Time | $22 - $26/hour
ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Installer, you'll play a key role in bringing our custom graphics and signage projects to life. From vehicle wraps and window graphics to interior signage and custom POP materials, you'll work on a variety of hands-on installation projects.
No installation experience is required – we're willing to train the right candidate!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel to installation sites in company vehicles, independently or with a team.
- Install signs, graphics, vehicle wraps, window graphics, and other visual products according to customer specifications.
- Use basic hand and power tools to complete a variety of installation projects.
- Measure, cut, trim, and apply graphics to a variety of surfaces.
- Complete site surveys by taking accurate measurements and identifying installation requirements.
- Perform installations using ladders, scaffolds, and lifts while following all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment on job sites.
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers to ensure projects are completed successfully.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Related Experience:
- Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and ability to be insured under the company's vehicle insurance policy
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- No prior installation experience required
Required Competencies:
- Flexible availability, primarily daytime hours, with occasional evenings or weekends
- Enjoys hands-on, physical work
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Willing to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
Physical Demands:
- Frequent reaching, bending, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders, lifts and scaffolding
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
