Entry Level Installer

Our Client is seeking an Entry Level Installer for a full-time, on-site position located in Sparks, NV. In this role, the installer supports the setup of exterior roofline and landscape lighting systems, including assisting with measuring, mounting fixtures, running wiring, and testing installations. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading materials, using basic hand and power tools, following installation plans, and working safely on ladders and outdoor surfaces. The role also involves collaborating with team members, maintaining a clean job site, and providing professional, courteous service at customer locations. Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with company standards, tools, and installation procedures.

Qualifications

Ability to use basic hand and power tools and follow technical instructions safely and accurately.

Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights using ladders or scaffolding.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on neat, high-quality installation work and site cleanliness.

Good communication and teamwork skills, with a professional and respectful approach to customers and colleagues.

Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Sparks, NV and ability to work a consistent full-time schedule.

Willingness to learn lighting installation techniques, including basic wiring concepts and system testing.

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in construction, electrical, or landscaping is helpful but not required.

Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
