What You'll Do
- Install luxury brand appliances in customers' homes according to manufacturer specifications and Company quality standards.
- Lead a two-person installation team while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Unload, position, connect, test, and demonstrate appliances to ensure proper operation.
- Troubleshoot routine installation challenges and determine effective field solutions.
- Protect customer property by maintaining clean, organized work areas throughout the installation.
- Complete installation documentation and communicate job status accurately and promptly.
- Operate Company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and professionally.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of residential appliance installation experience with the ability to independently install and troubleshoot appliances according to manufacturer specifications.
- Experience working with electrical, gas, plumbing, and ventilation connections.
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency using common hand and power tools.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 100 pounds using proper lifting techniques and material-handling equipment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
- Construction, remodeling, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or related skilled trade experience preferred.
