What You’ll Be Doing (The Role)
As a Plumber Installer, you will be the face of our company during high-profile installations, renovations, and new construction projects. You’ll be responsible for:
- Installing water heaters (including tankless), water softeners, sewer repairs, water line install/rerouting and complete plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties.
- Reading blueprints and specifications to plan layouts a plus.
- Cutting, threading, bending, pressing and soldering pipes (Copper, PEX, PVC).
- Testing systems for leaks using air or water pressure gauges.
- Communicating with homeowners, explaining installations, and ensuring 100% satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)
- Experience: 3+ years of professional plumbing installation experience (Residential/Commercial) Trench-less sewer, Liner, Epoxy crew/install experience a major plus.
- License: Valid Drivers Lic.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with plumbing tools, soldering, and machinery, professionalism, organization and Pride in your work.
- Attitude: Team player, detail-oriented, punctual, and a customer-service mindset.
- Requirements: Clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check/drug test.
