Location: Winter Park
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $16+ per hour or more DOE

Primary Functions:
Installation of various vehicle interior/flooring parts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Install vinyl flooring and related components in ambulances, including cutting, fitting, and sealing.
• 
  Prepare surfaces for vinyl installation, ensuring proper cleaning, leveling, and priming as needed.
• 
  Measure and cut vinyl flooring accurately to fit complex vehicle layouts.
• 
  Installation of all non-electrical interior/exterior components and hardware.
• 
  Maintain and clean tools and equipment used in vinyl floor installation.
• 
  Work with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges.
• 
  Document installation processes and report any material or equipment issues.
• 
  Assist in inventory management, including tracking vinyl materials and adhesives.
• 
  Understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• 
  Pay close attention to detail to ensure precision and quality.
• 
  Work independently with minimal supervision.
• 
  Prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
• 
  Assist in training other installers as needed.
• 
  Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• 
  Comply with company safety and 5S standards.
• 
  Meet QA and QC standards for all installations.
• 
  Adhere to company conduct and attendance policies.
• 
  Handle and dispose of hazardous waste properly.
• 
  Ensure all hazardous waste containers are sealed when not in use.
• 
  Understand and follow the Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan, including spill response and evacuation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
