Installers/Laborers

Trade Management is hiring experienced Skilled Laborers for an awning installation project in the Houston/Webster area!

Pay: $19/Hr - $20/Hr DOE

Schedule: 10-12 hour shifts, 6 days per week

Location: Webster/Houston and surrounding areas

Start Date: Within the next 2 weeks

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of awnings, canopies, supports, and related structures.
• Install supports using drills, impact drivers, and basic hand tools.
• Take accurate measurements and follow project layouts and installation instructions.
• Use ladders, boom lifts, and aerial lifts to access elevated work areas.
• Work as part of a 3-person crew under the direction of a crew leader.
• Assist with loading, unloading, positioning, and installing materials.
• Perform general construction and basic carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the project.
• Follow all company, client, OSHA, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Travel to out-of-town jobsites when assigned.

Requirements

• Basic construction or carpentry experience preferred.
• Previous awning installation experience is not required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Comfortable working from ladders and aerial/boom lifts.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Must be comfortable working 10-12 hour shifts, 6 days per week.
• Must be willing to travel when assigned to out-of-town projects.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required.
• Boom lift/aerial lift experience is preferred but not required.

Training & Travel

• Employees will report to the Webster office at 6:30 AM each morning.
• Employees will travel to jobsites with their assigned 3-person crew and crew leader.
• Out-of-town travel is required when assigned to traveling projects.
• Hotel accommodations, per diem, and drive time are provided for out-of-town projects
