The Institutional Research Associate (Data Analyst) is a hands-on role responsible for analyzing data and building data products, including dashboards, reports, and curated data sets. This position serves as the lead analyst on requests related to program and student data, with additional support for student, course, and employee data.
This role contributes as a member of the Analytics and Reporting team within the Office of Institutional Research (OIR) and partners closely with the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA). Both offices are located at GSU's downtown Atlanta campus. The position's work schedule is in-office five days per week.

A quality candidate will possess the following:
Anticipated Hiring Range: $55,100 - 69,000. Salary offers will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications in relation to the Minimum Hiring Standards. Candidates earlier in their careers are typically offered salaries closer to the minimum of the hiring range, while those with more advanced or relevant experience may be considered for compensation at or above the hiring range.
