Institutional Services Associate I - Client Training And Onboarding

This is Hybrid role (4 days in office /1 day remote)About your Team:The onboarding team collaborates to provide new and prospective clients with exceptional attention and support. Each team member manages their own group of clients, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues. Experienced team members serve as mentors, guiding junior staff through complex or non-standard inquiries. As junior staff gain experience, they evolve into seasoned team members themselves, ultimately becoming mentors. This structure enhances the overall knowledge within the team.Our hands-on training program is specifically designed for entry-level candidates, pairing you with a mentor and allowing you to work within a cohesive team in a nurturing environment that fosters a supportive culture. As you progress, you'll have access to rotational opportunities. Series 7 sponsorship is also available, should you choose to pursue it.What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:

Assist with new, and prospective, client inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and ticketsCoordinate new client onboarding process, helping with applications, approvals, asset deposits, incoming transfers, and reporting.Host individualized platform-related client training sessions using Teams.Consistently provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience.

What required skill's you need:

Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably finance or economics - all major's welcomeWorking with clients in any capacityFamiliarity with Microsoft products preferredBilingual Spanish roles available
