Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers to support instruction in both specialized and general education classrooms
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, reinforcing lessons and activities
• Monitor student progress and assist with classroom management
• Help implement individual education plans (IEPs), behavior plans, and scheduled accommodations
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of learning materials, and supervision during activities and transitions
• Communicate observations and feedback with teaching staff to support student success
