Job Summary
The Instructional Assistant in collaboration with the classroom teacher is responsible for assisting in the supervision and instruction of small groups of scholars, implementing current academic programs, and assisting scholars in developing academic skills meeting the individual needs of scholars.

We are two passion driven campuses located in the High Desert that believe every child can learn. We are looking for individuals that are dedicated, determined, and passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.
Instructional Aide openings could be at either one of our schools, LaVerne Elementary Preparatory Academy located in Hesperia or Desert Trails Preparatory Academy located in Adelanto. Both school campuses have Transitional Kindergarten - 6th grade and are independent charter schools.
You will be working with small groups (4-6 scholars) throughout the day in the area of Reading and Math. Experience working with children in Special Education is plus.
You must possess a High School Diploma or higher, complete an application, and submit 3 letters of recommendation within the last 3 years.
