- Letter of Interest Resume 3 letters of Recommendation (1 for internal applicants)(must be within 1 year) • Associates Degree or higher and sufficient experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above. • Two years of study at an accredited institute or higher education equivalent to 48 semester units or • Successful completion of County Office adopted Para-educator Academic Assessment
