    Job Description

    The Instructional Aide is expected to support academic and behavioral student specific needs in a structured environment. In carrying out these responsibilities, the Instructional Aide shall:

    • Instruct students as assigned
    • Follow student specific programming
    • Provide reinforcement strategies
    • Use appropriate prompting procedures
    • Experience with behavior de-escalation strategies preferred
