    Job Description

    Job Focus: Under instructional director supervision, provides general administrative and instructional support to assigned program area.

    Responsibilities and Tasks:

    1. Provide administrative and instructional support as assigned.

    2. Provide excellent customer service to UBTech students and the community.

    3. Monitor student activities and help ensure a safe and effective learning environment.

    4. Maintain confidentiality of information and follow policy regarding the release of information

    5. Attend all institutional activities, functions, events and meetings as appropriate

    6. Actively participate with the accreditation process

    7. Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. Proficient in Word Processing, Outlook, Excel

    2. Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent customer relations

    3. Must successfully pass criminal background check

    4. Valid driver's license

    Work Location: Vernal Campus, Carpentry Fundamentals & Construction Technology Program.

    Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-2:30pm

    This is a part-time, non-benefitted position.
