We are currently seeking a qualified Instructional Assistant to join our team in the greater Doylestown, PA area. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on student learning and development in a collaborative school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct educational support to students in alignment with IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to implement instructional strategies
Support classroom management and positive behavior interventions
Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings
Qualifications:
Experience in educational or related field working with students
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of an educational team
