About the Employer
Moreland serves students from preschool through 8th grade across three cities in Santa Clara County. Our teachers educate approximately 3,700 students in four elementary schools, two TK-8 schools, and one middle school. Teachers are provided with regular preparation time, collaboration time, and opportunities for professional development. Students are offered a wide variety of programs to support their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Under the direction of the Coordinator Educational Services, assist teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students in a transitional kindergarten classroom; supervise students and assist in the preparation of instructional materials and implementation of lesson plans; provide routine clerical support.

Requirements / Qualifications
Transitional Kindergarten setting: Graduation from high school required; completion of six semester units in early childhood education or child development preferred. Experience: One year of experience working with young children in an educational or enrichment setting; sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above. Licenses and Other Requirements: First Aid/CPR certification
