An exceptionally clear, transparent, and collaborative communicator who can facilitate meaningful coaching conversations, lead professional learning communities, and engage effectively with staff around student learning data and best practices.
Capable of maintaining structural organization and focus during times of change, specifically when supporting teachers through new instructional initiative rollouts, curriculum updates, and evolving classroom technologies.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance for the instructional coaching program aligned with the school''s mission and vision.
Partner with high school and middle school educators, instructional coaches, and administration to plan, implement, and evaluate high-impact instructional strategies and curriculum.
Develop and manage professional learning schedules, coaching cycles, and instructional resource usage across learning spaces.
Organize and facilitate professional development workshops, coaching cohorts, and instructional modeling sessions.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of, and ensure alignment with, local, state, and national educational standards, research-based instructional practices, and district academic initiatives; proactively support teachers and teams in applying these standards.
Promote positive student learning experiences and uphold high standards of academic excellence and continuous growth.
Collaborate with school administrators, department heads, and professional learning communities to support district instructional initiatives.
Coordinate data literacy initiatives, student learning assessments, and instructional feedback protocols.
Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Perform other duties as assigned by School and District Administration.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with instructional technology, learning management systems, and educational data analysis platforms such as NextPath.
Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and coach educators across various grade levels and subject areas.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaborative dialogue and professional development.
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful teaching experience, with demonstrated leadership in instruction or peer coaching.
Valid Wisconsin Teaching License.
Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a closely related field.
