Instructional Coach

St. Philip Neri School on the eastside of Indianapolis is hiring an Instructional Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.POSITION SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND/OR ABILITIES:Strong instructional knowledge and understanding of best teaching practicesKnowledge of literacy instruction, assessment practices, and intervention strategiesAbility to analyze and interpret student performance dataStrong coaching, mentoring, and communication skillsAbility to build collaborative relationships with teachers and administrators.Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneouslyCommitment to continuous professional growth and school improvementWillingness to foster the Church's missionEDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree in Education required; Master's Degree preferredValid Indiana teaching license requiredMinimum of three years successful classroom teaching experience preferredMust be certified in the Science of ReadingExperience in instructional coaching, literacy leadership, or teacher mentoring preferreMust be able to understand and to comply with the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Code of ConductMust be able to successfully complete the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Child Safety TrainingBackground screening requiredAbility to reliably travel to off-site locations on a regular basis, including travel of up to two hours from the office, using personal or alternative transportation
