Salary contingent on degree and years of experience: 26-27 School Year: $53,220 - $108,047
REPORTS TO: Supervisor of Mathematics
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Five years of successful teaching experience. Knowledge of research-based curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices. Knowledge of Common Core and Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium. Experience using instructional technology to support teaching and learning, curriculum development, staff training, and program and student accountability. Outstanding organizational skills and close attention to detail; outstanding written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change quickly, and meet deadlines. Proactive problem solver who demonstrates initiative. Strong work ethic coupled with an enthusiastic and passionate approach to ones work. CERTIFICATION / ENDORSEMENT REQUIREMENTS: • Valid teaching certification • 305 (PK-6 Elem) AND either 229 (4-8 Middle School Math) or 029 (4-12 High School Math)
