• Are you passionate about supporting teachers and enhancing student learning? The Winneconne Community School District is seeking a dynamic Instructional Coach to collaborate with educators, provide professional development, and promote best instructional practices.

Position Details:

• Location: Winneconne Community School District

• Reports To: Director of Learning

• Employment Terms: School-year contract and 100 hours in the summer

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with teachers to enhance student learning across all subjects.

• Act as a resource person to classroom teachers to implement the curriculum.

• Design and implement professional development sessions.

• Support the district's Target-Based Assessment, Grading, and Reporting System.

• Provide coaching on research-based instructional strategies.

• Assist teachers with classroom technology integration.

• Analyze student assessment data to inform instructional decisions.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education

• Valid Wisconsin Teaching License

• Minimum of four years of classroom teaching experience

• Instructional coaching training (preferred)

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

• Expertise in best instructional practices and differentiated instruction
