NOTICE OF VACANCY
The Instructional Coach will exhibit personal and professional qualities such as pedagogical expertise, a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and engagement in District-level initiatives. The Instructional Coach will work with the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction to coordinate the mentor program, provide suggestions, help resolve problems and conflicts, and work individually with New Staff Members at a deeper level to ensure they receive the support needed to succeed in their unique situations. Absolute confidentiality between the Instructional Coach and each New Staff Member is required as part of these professional relationships to provide New Staff Members with a safe and comfortable space to grow as successful professionals. The Instructional Coach will also support mentors by providing an overview of mentor requirements, offering topic ideas, and answering mentors' questions. This will be completed via modeling, coaching sessions, and/or classroom coverage.
There is a flat stipend of $18,500
