Instructional Coach
Office of Instruction and Federal Programs
Job Summary
The Instructional Coach in Aztec Municipal School District (AMSD) is a non-evaluative, collaborative leader who supports teachers in strengthening instructional practices to improve student achievement. This position focuses on building teacher capacity through job-embedded coaching, data analysis, and professional learning aligned to district priorities, New Mexico
standards, and school improvement goals.
Reports To: Associate Superintendent of Instruction and the Director of Federal Programs

Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid New Mexico driver's license.
Terms of Employment
Salary and work year per the Aztec School District approved Teacher Salary Schedule and the Aztec School District Calendar.
Evaluation
Performance of duty will be evaluated at least annually in accordance with Aztec School Board Policy.
Physical Rating Level
This position will require the employee to function at a "Medium" physical capacity as defined by Worker's Compensation Statutes. "Medium" physical capacity indicates the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally or up to 25 pounds frequently.
