Job Summary: The Instructional Content Specialist ( "ICS ) is responsible for designing and developing a variety of instructional and training materials for the Field and SSC. This individual uses software, design, and technical writing skills to achieve the learning goals of the internal customer. The ICS demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, and materials development to ensure the success of training implementation.
