Assist in developing and updating instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training materials.
Support eLearning development through content creation, quality testing, video editing, and graphic design.
Partner with the Learning & Development team on initiatives such as onboarding, skills development, curriculum updates, learning technology projects, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
Research, organize, and analyze content to support learning objectives and business needs.
Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration and reporting as needed.
Participate in project planning meetings and provide recommendations for learning enhancements.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
Ability to research, organize content, and develop learning materials.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with LMS platforms, multimedia tools, or AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
