Conduct LMS quality assurance and testing, ensuring deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and branding standards. Provide summary reporting of programs for broader leadership knowledge and buy-in.
  • Innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency: Apply emerging learning technologies, research, AI, and automation to improve workflows, user experience, and overall learning effectiveness while building team capabilities. Stay informed on trends within legal and professional services firms to enhance the design and delivery of learning programs.
  • Professional growth and engagement: Participate in training activities to increase personal skill levels and improve overall understanding of learning and development. Actively contribute in meetings and team initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related Learning & Development role.
  • eLearning portfolio: Demonstrated proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) and Camtasia, with a portfolio showcasing interactive modules, video-based learning, and multimedia assets.

  • Analytics, problem-solving, and evaluation: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify training needs, evaluate learning outcomes, and propose data-driven improvements. Experience using learning analytics and data to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communication, facilitation, and presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Strong facilitation and presentation skills to deliver engaging learning experiences.
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management: Proven ability to partner across functions, manage vendors, and work effectively within matrixed teams.
  • Agility and project management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities with strong organizational and time management skills. Adapts approach, goals, and methods to achieve solutions and results in dynamic situations.
  • Technical fluency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), learning management systems (including content upload[H4] , metadata management, and functionality testing), survey tools, and assessment strategies.
  • Additional strengths: Experience with studio and teleprompter-based recordings; familiarity with Continuing Legal Education (CLE) processes and eligibility criteria is a plus; consistent application of established templates, visual standards, and branding to ensure clarity and accessibility; a strong customer service mindset and passion for developing people.
