General Information:
Team details & who they will work with: Learning & Development, HR Learning & Development PHK Hub
Interviews: 2 rounds, meet with the HM and one other team member
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum required years of experience: 2+ YOE in Learning and Development or HR Operations.
This is a tech savvy role with very administrative, repetitive tasks
Education requirements:Must have skills:
Creating learning courses, tracking attendance in an LMS, maintaining a source of truth with spreadsheets and documents
Create communications based on existing templates and send them out to candidates
Nice to have skills:
High attention to detail, very time sensitive role, needs to have a strong personal organization system
Highly collaborative with other team members, is a team player, not afraid to ask questions
Software/technical requirements:
Workday Learning
Learning management systems (LMS)
Campaign Monitor - communications systems
ServiceNow - queue management programs, similar to salesforce
Smartsheets - similar to Air Table or Excel, used to track session details and attendance
Learning & Development Operations CoordinatorWho You'll Work With
This role sits within HR's Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem, a team that strengthens leadership and capability across the enterprise. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning Operations, you'll work closely with L&D Operations and Facilitation teammates to coordinate and execute administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely operational support.
Who We're Looking For
The Learning & Development Operations Coordinator supports the program delivery and administration of programs and experiences that reflect our culture and inspire connection. The ideal individual is comfortable owning repeatable, day to day operational activities, ensuring a consistent and high quality experience for learners and partners.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, event planning & coordination, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Confident using technology and communication tools, including Workday Learning, Campaign Monitor, Airtable, and ServiceNow, as part of daily work
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Team player who builds & maintains trusted, productive working relationships with stakeholders & partners
What You'll Work On
You'll execute the day to day operations that bring our learning programs to life. Your work ensures programs are delivered smoothly and consistently.
- Coordinates and supports delivery of short-duration learning experiences (e.g. single-session or single-day programs)
- Collects, validates, and maintains content and participant data in Workday Learning
- Executes session communications to participants through Campaign Monitor
- Maintains accurate program data in Airtable
- Monitors & responds to employee requests through ServiceNow
- Resolves routine delivery issues & escalates risks appropriately
- Supports finance and vendor administration activities
- Maintains professional relationships & responds to stakeholders
