Instructional Designer AI Education / Learning and Development / Technology Adoption
Location: Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week.
You will empower employees to adopt and excel with AI tools in their daily roles.
You will drive measurable productivity by transforming advanced AI concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences.
Develop engaging, role-based AI training materials, including presentations, scripts, labs, and assessments. Break down complex AI topics into concise, digestible microlearning modules. Design practical, scenario-based exercises and simulations aligned with real-world workflows. Create step-by-step labs that empower users to confidently apply AI tools
Required:
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 5 years in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field
- Track record of leading technology adoption or enablement programs
- Expertise in building structured training programs and curricula
- Experience designing hands-on, scenario-based learning experiences
- Proficient with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with generative AI tools. Understanding of enterprise AI governance
