Job DescriptionQualifications:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Experience with instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, Kirkpatrick's Level of assessments, adult learning principles)
- Experience with SCORM-compliant course development and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong understanding of 508-compliance requirements and best practices for creating accessible learning materials.
- Expertise in designing and developing comprehensive instructional materials, including course summary sheets, learning objectives, course
- outlines, storyboards, video scripts, job aids, quick reference sheets, and other supporting documents.
- Ability to create online, interactive training materials in various formats, such as printable job aids, instructor-led (virtual and in-person),
- microlearning, videos, and eLearning courses.
- Experience in developing and administering a variety of assessments and analyzing assessment data to evaluate instructional program effectiveness.
- Strong understanding instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE, SAM).
- Proven ability to accurately track and document the progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs), leadership teams, and learners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a hybrid work schedule, role is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence at least twice a week, with additional onsite time as needed based on role-specific and agency requirements.
