Job Description
We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to develop engaging learning content for both online and instructor-led training.
This role partners with subject matter experts, stakeholders, project leaders, compliance teams, and management to design, enhance, and deliver educational materials
using a variety of instructional design and multimedia tools.
The position is responsible for managing projects from inception through completion, including planning, prioritization, timelines, and execution to meet business objectives.
The Learning Experience Designer may also collaborate with external vendors and support the delivery of live training programs as needed.

LMS administration and user management,
Project Management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
Responsibilities:
• Develop, design, publish, update, and maintain digital training materials and assets.
• Apply appropriate instructional design methodologies along with support storyboarding, scripting, narrating, recording, graphic design, building descriptions, and instructions.
• Oversee the research, conceptualization, development, and creation of templates and standardization of the appropriate technical infrastructure required to store and
deliver computer-based content to its audience.
• Convert instructor led training (ILT) classes into dynamic, interesting, effective, and engaging courses that can be delivered as computer-based training or webinars, either
self-guided or instructor guided.
• Produce content in modalities appropriate to the goals of the business including, but not limited to, video, eLearning modules, documents, graphics, or podcasts.
• Work with management in developing and deploying new ways to deliver training using educational technology.
• Provide education and consultation concerning instructional design and multimedia design best practices for internal clients.
• Keep up to date on instructional design industry trends, learning and adopting new production tools, techniques, and methodologies to increase overall efficiency.
• Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
• Maintain positive and cooperative communication and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage, maintain, and operate multimedia studio and equipment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in instructional design and content writing.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g. ISpring, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of multimedia design and development is a plus.
